To Purchase Art Work Go

|
As a young boy in New Jersey,
Billy always knew he wanted to be an
Artist.
After spending a few years in
college as a theater major, Billy
decided that the cut-throat industry
was not for him. While searching for
a career, he met Rex Cravet, an
accomplished flame worker. Billy
spent six months studying with Rex.
By the summer of 2000, he moved to
Cape Cod, MA. He started an
apprenticeship at the glass studio
on Cape Cod under Michael Magyar.
Between working weekly in a hot shop
and honing his skills as a flame
worker, Billy began to combine the
two techniques… one of which is the
intricate designs of flame working
and the other working with the size
of hot glass.
Billy, a newly accomplished glass
blower himself, has worked with
glass masters from Italy, Japan, and
the United States. Billy's work is
not close minded and is determined.
He is willing to work endlessly to
accomplish new ideas and intends to
master the art of glass blowing.
